FOURCAST.ZIP contains many compressed files that have been zipped up into a single file.
To use FOURCAST on your computer, complete the following steps.

Step A. Complete and submit the order form to Download FOURCAST.ZIP.

Step B. INSTALLATION.

SINGLE USER SETUP.
Click INSTALL on the WinZip screen.
If there is no INSTALL button, click extract all files. On the new screen containing the extracted files, click on Setup to install FOURCAST.

Follow the FOURCAST setup instructions on the screen.

NOTE: Some virus protection programs may block execution of files that are downloaded from the internet. If this occurs, the protection must be turned off temporarily while MyPulse is installed.

NOTE: Some versions of Windows block execution of files that are downloaded by internet explorer or received by outlook express email....the reason given is security. If this occurs, an executable file may be added to the list of acceptable files as follows. On your computer's task bar, click on Start, Control Panel, Security Center, Windows Firewall, Exceptions, Add Program and select SETUP.EXE and MyPulse.exe.

MULTI-USER NETWORK SETUP:
Install the program on the server & on each computer as follows:
Step 0. From any computer, copy all FOURCAST disk files to the server.
           The suggested server directory name is FOURCAST.
Step 1. From any computer, from the File menu of Program manager,
           choose Run, type server drive:\FOURCAST\setup and press enter.
           Follow the setup instructions on the screen.
           Set the install directory to server drive:\FOURCAST.
Step 2.   For each & every computer:
Step 2a. From File menu of Program manager, choose Run, type
             server drive:\FOURCAST\setup then press enter.
             Follow the setup instructions on the screen.
             Set the install directory to  c:\FOURCAST.
Step 2b. Set the properties of the FOURCAST icon (short cut) as follows:
             Set the target (command line) to
             server drive:\FOURCAST\fourcast.exe.
             Set the start in (work) directory to c:\FOURCAST.
Step 2c. To save space, delete the file c:\FOURCAST\fourcast.exe from
             each computer. One copy of "fourcast.exe" will remain on the
             server.

To start FOURCAST, click on the newly created FOURCAST icon.

If FOURCAST was previously installed, then your data files will be
retained. Only program files will be updated.
